Liz Young (she/her/hers) is a current PhD candidate at the University of Utah. Her research focuses on individual factors affecting treatment outcomes for patients with voice disorders. Specifically, she is interested in the process, variability, outcomes, and prognostic capabilities of stimulability testing as a behavioral voice assessment tool.
Liz enjoys working clinically as a speech-language pathologist with a specialization in voice, upper airway, and swallowing disorders. In her spare time, you can usually find her curled up with her cats and a good fantasy novel.
